Refunds And Cancellation

1. Cancellations

• a. If Renter Cancel the booking 7 days before of vehicle Pickup date, then THE BIKE WALE BHAIYA refund the balance booking amount after deducting processing charge Rs.100 per vehicle.
• b. If Renter cancels the booking before 72 hours from the time of vehicle Pickup, then there is no refund. However, you can keep the booking ID and postpone your booking to a later date and utilize the same booking amount for the future booking.
• c. If Renter Cancel the booking within 72 hours to 0 hours from vehicle Pickup time, then THE BIKE WALE BHAIYA not liable to Refund any booking amount and there is no chance for postpone as well.
• d. The above-mentioned cancellation policy doesn’t apply during seasonal & festival time. No refund and No changes are permitted after booking has finalized and advance paid. If renter cancel the booking at any time during seasonal & festival days, THE BIKE WALE BHAIYA No Refund any booking amount.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
• In the case of partial refunds, the applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the total amount paid.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Changes must be made at least 4 days before the start of the rental period.

4. No-Show Policy

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

5. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any cancellations or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
