Refunds And Cancellation

1. Cancellations

• Cancel before 5 days from the pick-up date – Full refund in BWB Coin (credited to Bike Wale Bhaiya Wallet). Cancel within 5 days of the pick-up date – No refund applicable.

2. Refunds

• All refunds will be credited as BWB Coin in the Bike Wale Bhaiya Wallet. BWB Coin can be used for future rentals, tour bookings, or purchases on our platform. No refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Changes must be made at least 5 days before the start of the rental period.

4. No-Show Policy

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

5. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any cancellations or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
