• 50% Advance to confirm booking
• 50% on trip start date at Bike Wale Bhaiya Office
• Refundable Security Deposit: ₹2,000 (Per Scooty)

📌 Cancellation Policy

• ≥30 Days Before: 25% Deduction
• 15–30 Days Before: 50% Deduction
• <15 Days Before: No Refund

• Weather conditions, political unrest, or breakdowns may alter the itinerary. Any hotel/route change due to such issues will result in extra charges borne by the customer.
• If you delay or spend extra time at a location and miss subsequent plans, we hold no responsibility.
• Any route diversion, extension, or additional hotel stays will be chargeable.
