• 50% Advance to confirm booking
• 50% on arrival at Bike Wale Bhaiya Office before trip start
• Refundable Security Deposit: ₹2,000 per Scooty

📌 Cancellation Policy

• ≥30 Days Before: 25% Cancellation Fee
• 15–30 Days Before: 50% Fee
• <15 Days Before: No Refund

• Due to weather, breakdowns, strikes, or roadblocks, the plan may change. Any extra arrangements required (e.g. hotel) due to these reasons will be chargeable.
• Guests are responsible for sticking to the itinerary. Delay or deviation may result in missing spots.
• Any extras such as route diversion, hotel extensions, or extra services will be charged accordingly.
